Stayed here w/my 2 kids for a much needed "getaway" & we were ALL extremely happy. The owners were friendly & worked w/us during a busy time when we unexpectedly needed another night stay. Stayed in room #3, it was spacious, clean, very peaceful & has an extremely comfortable king size bed, as well as a twin, both w/oversized mattresses, it was also nice having a coffee maker in the room. They're conveniently located close to shops & restaurants. It was the perfect place, at the right price & we highly recommend it. Looking forward to our next visit!
Super welcoming hosts, rooms were very clean and big, bed was really comfortable and was given complemtary breakfast at the local coffee shop. Ate at three restaurants in Round Top square and everything was exceptional. Very friendly people and staff every place we visited. Would definitely recommend staying at Coyote Station and visiting the great town of Round Top for a nice relaxing vacation away from the face paced environment the city offers.
Unique and peaceful guesthouse/furniture shop. I stayed to attend the Round Top music festival, and its location is surprisingly close--within walking distance. Its also within easy walking distance to downtown Round Top--a tiny East Texas hamlet that is full of art galleries, antique shops and restaurants--not a typical Texas town. The Coyote Station grounds has lots of shade trees and outdoor furniture arranged beneath the spreading boughs. I was traveling alone and enjoyed sitting outside, even in the July heat, reading a book under the cooling shade. It must be wonderful in the spring and fall, and a good lure for lodgers to gather and socialize. July is pretty hot, though. The owners are wonderfully friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy.
We spent 3 nights and enjoyed our time there. Great location to quaint little town. Clean and spacious, very friendly . Will definitely stay again.
